My Greatest Cape
My Greatest Cape
I want to say a few words about Excellence. In my opinion, Excellence is more than a concept. Excellence is a dedication to success and a willingness to not accept failure. Achieving excellence requires an individual to be relentless, tireless and unyielding. Often, achieving excellence in ANY pursuit requires an individual to stand alone, receiving little or no support or encouragement. Achieving excellence is, with certainty, its own reward.
This having been said, I want to inform my readers about our launch delays. These delays have been numerous and untimely. They have produced such frustration within me that I have been tempted to 'just quit'. But then I realized, I am not willing to do that. How strong is my commitment? Let me tell you. At present, the launch of GreatestCape is the most important concern in my life. It refuses to take a 'back seat' to anything else. In order for me to abandon this pursuit, I would have to die. I WILL STAY THIS COURSE, COME WHAT MAY AND I WILL ACHIEVE MY GOAL. If you are among the 'true believers', I shall neither forsake nor disappoint you. In closing this post, let me share two inspirational messages with you.
"No great deed, private or public, had ever been undertaken in a bliss of certainty."
-- Leon Wieseltier, in The New Republic
“Productivity is never an accident. It is always the result of a commitment to excellence , intelligent planning and focused effort.” -Paul J. Meyer
Enough said. Onward to success.
